As a Store Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them with shoe and accessory selections, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role focuses on customer service, sales, and maintaining an organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
- Operate the register, handling cash, change, and processing returns
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
- Share promotions and information about the Shoe Perks program with customers
- Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
Requirements
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be at least 16 years old
