About This Role

Serve as a Store Associate at Shoe Carnival, assisting customers with shoe selections, processing transactions, and maintaining store Uphold a positive attitude and strong customer service skills to create great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
  • Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
  • Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
  • Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
  • Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
  • Support loss prevention and store cleanliness

Requirements

  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible availability (evennings, weekends, holidays)
  • Must be at least 16 years old
