The Store Associate will create positive customer experiences by assisting shoppers, operating the cash register, and maintaining store appearance. This role is a great fit for individuals who are friendly, enthusiastic, and possess strong people skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
- Operate the register, handling cash, giving change, and processing returns
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
- Share promotions and the Shoe Perks program with customers
- Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
Requirements
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be at least 16 years old
