Join Shoe Carnival as a Store Associate to greet customers, assist with finding shoes and accessories, operate the register, and maintain store appearance. This role is perfect for someone with strong people skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
- Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
- Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
- Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
Requirements
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be at least 16 years old
