Join Shoe Carnival as a Store Associate to assist customers, manage transactions, and maintain store appearance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service and basic math skills who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer assistance with shoes and accessories
- Operate the cash register, handling cash transactions, giving change, and processing returns
- Utilize basic math and counting skills for accurate transactions
- Inform customers about current promotions and the Shoe Perks program
- Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked product displays
- Assist with loss prevention efforts and ensure store cleanliness
Requirements
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Must be at least 16 years old
