About This Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing cashier duties accurately, and maintaining the sales floor in a retail setting. It contributes to shaping a connected, convenient, and compassionate healthcare experience for individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance with locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions according to company policies
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are stocked and operational with updated services and tools
• Assist pharmacy personnel when necessary, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support health

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
