About This Role

This role is responsible for providing differentiated customer service, accurately performing cashier duties, and maintaining the sales floor in a leading retail setting. Join a team focused on positively impacting customer health experiences and supporting all store departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support store opening and closing activities as needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel with regular shifts as part of growth and career development opportunities
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
