About This Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting, accurately handling transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting store operations to positively impact customer health experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and completing inventory tasks
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred
• Entry level

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
