Store Associate

About This Role

As a Retail Store Associate, you will deliver differentiated customer service, handle cashier duties accurately, and maintain the sales floor, all while supporting the CVS Health mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving potential service issues
• Focus on the customer by giving a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision following company policies and procedures
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
