Store Associate

About This Role

As a Retail Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform cashier duties efficiently, and maintain the sales floor, all while contributing to a positive impact on individual and community health.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues
• Focus on the customer through warm greetings, eye contact, and offering help
• Accurately perform cashier duties for cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, and updating pricing
• Complete inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
• Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
• Embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs to support customer health

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required
• Entry level

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
