As a Store Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs, performing cashier duties accurately, and maintaining the sales floor. This role offers an opportunity to impact customers' lives in a leading retail setting, contributing to a more connected and compassionate health experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance locating items
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for career development
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
