Store Associate

About This Role

As a Store Associate, you will provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs, performing cashier duties accurately, and maintaining the sales floor. Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for career development
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
