About This Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting, accurately handling transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting store activities. Associates play a key role in CVS Health's mission to simplify healthcare and positively impact customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and demonstrating compassion
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Complete inventory management tasks as directed by store manager
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel with regular shifts as part of growth opportunities
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
