Store Associate

About This Role

This role involves providing excellent customer service in a retail setting, performing cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting store and pharmacy operations. The Store Associate plays a key role in impacting customer experience and supporting health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and resolving service issues
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating items
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
• Entry-level position; previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
