Store Associate

About This Role

The Retail Store Associate delivers exceptional customer service, performs cashier duties, and maintains the sales floor. This role allows individuals to positively impact customers' healthcare needs by supporting various departments and CVS services.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and managing inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities when required.
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
• Remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs of force frequently.
• Have close visual acuity for tasks like viewing a computer terminal or reading.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
