About This Role

The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, performing cashier duties, and maintaining the sales floor in a leading retail pharmacy setting. This position offers an opportunity to positively impact customers' healthcare journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues
• Focus on the customer with warm greetings, eye contact, and assistance with item location
• Accurately perform cashier duties, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
• Assist pharmacy personnel with shifts as part of career development opportunities
• Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support customer health

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
