Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in a step-down unit
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with experience in step-down or progressive care units
• Knowledge of patient assessment and monitoring in critical care transitions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compliance with all required certifications prior to start, including state-specific regulations
• Must comply with state fingerprinting and background check processes
• Ability to work onsite in Chaparral, NM

Qualifications

• Experience in step-down or progressive care units.
