Drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop as an entrepreneurial Product Manager. Shape the product roadmap, engage with customers, and collaborate with engineering to deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities
- Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
- Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
- Develop data-driven insights to differentiate products in competitive markets
- Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on Customer Data Platforms and analytics dashboards for e-commerce or retail companies
- Experience building Customer Data Platforms and dashboards for e-commerce or retail businesses
- Scaled revenue growth and product expansion from initial traction to significant scale at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company with strong evidence of entrepreneurial streak
- Experience building for non-technical or operational users (e.g., brick-and-mortar, retail, restaurants, field ops)
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Nice to Have
- Experience with Crunchtime, xtraCHEF, Craftable, Bluecore, Bloom Intelligence
