Staff Product Manager, Business Intelligence and Retail Analytics

Drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop as an entrepreneurial Product Manager. Shape the product roadmap, engage with customers, and collaborate with engineering to deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities

• Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
• Engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities
• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
• Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
• Develop data-driven insights to differentiate products in competitive markets
• Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on Customer Data Platforms and analytics dashboards for e-commerce or retail companies
• Experience building Customer Data Platforms and dashboards for e-commerce or retail businesses
• Scaled revenue growth and product expansion from initial traction to significant scale at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company with strong evidence of entrepreneurial streak
• Experience building for non-technical or operational users (e.g., brick-and-mortar, retail, restaurants, field ops)

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
