As a Delivery Strategist, you will ensure the value delivered to Loop’s customers through its finance product. You will optimize key metrics like time to value, engagement, and outcomes for the finance product and cross-functionally impact customer strategy by collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Own key customer value metrics
- Build playbooks for sales and customer support functions
- Own all internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content, and communications to ensure 10-star value delivery to customers
- Own internal processes needed to monitor and improve agentic workflows, including evals, system prompts, creating templates, and agentic workflows for customers
- Collaborate with GTM/Customer Success teams to own the implementation and business roadmap, considering business and customer needs
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a finance, F,P&A or accounting role in a direct to consumer brand or in the E-commerce, CPG, hospitality or the restaurant industry
- Experience as a Senior financial controller, manager or senior manager of finance, managing the lifecycle across accounting, F,P&A & treasury
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts and build necessary processes and systems
- Ability to think metrics, funnels and dashboards
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in IC roles
- Ability to understand complex customer/business problem statements from a business lens and make tradeoffs for customer outcomes
- Demonstrates radical ownership, customer obsession, and ability to move fast on solving problems
Qualifications
