About This Role

This Staff Pharmacist role involves leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, overseeing pharmacy operations, and delivering patient care programs to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
• Manage, oversee, and operate all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance
• Ensure customer service excellence, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
• Optimize workflow management within the pharmacy
• Keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs
• Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
• Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments
• Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions
• Implement solutions successfully by leading the team to achieve specified goals
• Adapt to change and adjust plans in a dynamic community healthcare setting

Requirements

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
