The Staff Marketing Manager, SEO and Web will develop and execute integrated web and SEO strategies to drive brand awareness, familiarity, and business growth for Intuit's web properties. This role involves optimizing the web presence as a powerful engine for brand building and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the web and SEO strategy for Intuit's core brand properties to drive organic growth, user engagement, and conversions.
- Drive organic search and content strategy throughout web properties, partnering with agencies and internal teams for keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Lead the strategy and execution of major web development projects, creating scalable web components and balancing brand storytelling with performance and UX.
- Lead technical SEO and GEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, and indexation.
- Develop the A/B testing and personalization roadmap to optimize conversion funnels and enhance user experience.
- Define and manage KPIs for web and SEO/GEO initiatives, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert, building strong partnerships with marketing, design, and engineering teams to execute complex initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital marketing
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and website management for large-scale websites
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic growth
- Deep expertise in all facets of SEO (on-page, technical, off-page)
- Experience managing website content and projects through a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and on-page optimizations
- Excellent analytical skills with deep experience in core SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely)
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in SEO and website management for large-scale websites.
