Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and refine financial data analysis processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in accounts payable
• Proficiency in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in auditing
• Proficiency in GAAP
• Exceptional numerical proficiency and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the engineering industry
