Sr. Strategy & BizOps Manager, Platform Experience

About This Role

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to a PLEX leader within AWS, driving organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, and operational excellence for a centralized business operations team. This role enables leaders to maximize their impact in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to an executive, managing concurrent initiatives and balancing competing priorities
• Provide strategic support on decisions affecting team direction and resource allocation, representing the leader in cross-functional forums
• Drive the organizational goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with broader PLEX priorities
• Translate strategic direction into actionable plans, removing execution barriers
• Manage key leadership forums, synthesizing business performance data and operational metrics for informed decisions
• Identify opportunities and risks affecting team effectiveness and delivery
• Build productive working relationships with peer business operations teams, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and other support functions
• Coordinate and lead strategic projects across multiple teams, influencing stakeholders for support and resources
• Build consensus and navigate competing interests to remove blockers and maintain momentum

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• 3+ years of Excel experience (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

• Expertise in Excel and willingness to experiment with new tools and technologies
