About This Role

This role will define and execute the future of autonomous accounting by building the Agentic Month-End Close engine for Intuit's Enterprise Suite, transforming traditional financial closes into continuous, real-time experiences using advanced AI and agentic workflows. You will lead a high-impact team to deliver an autonomous financial system that scales with complex, large businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Design agentic workflows that automatically reconcile sub-ledgers (AR, AP, Inventory) to the General Ledger in real-time, utilizing AI to resolve discrepancies autonomously
  • Build AI models that monitor contract performance and vendor spend to automatically calculate and post necessary accruals and deferrals, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
  • Develop workflows to automate the elimination of intercompany transactions and manage data consolidation across complex business structures
  • Automate revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), managing complex arrangements and deferred revenue schedules at large business scale
  • Implement agentic oversight of financial controls (SOX-ready) where AI agents audit transactions for policy violations or fraud as they occur
  • Define and deliver the "Closing Cockpit," a generative AI-powered engine designed to transform the month-end close through proactive exception handling and strategic variance analysis
  • Build and own a quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap that aligns with Intuit’s 3-year enterprise vision
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to ensure the Agentic Close engine is deeply integrated into the core platform ecosystem

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Product Management within Enterprise ERP, Financial Close Automation, or Fintech
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to translate unmet needs into product requirements
  • Proven experience building AI-native products, leveraging LLMs or Agentic Frameworks
  • Deep expertise in the financial close process and expert-level knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP
  • Track record of building extensible financial systems that handle high-volume transaction sets and complex data schemas
  • Experience scaling financial systems for organizations managing sophisticated structures, diverse revenue streams, and global operations
  • Fluency in API and Data Architecture to design financial data flow through distributed systems
  • Expertise at synthesizing customer VOC and competitive intelligence to influence senior leaders

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in Product Management, specifically within Enterprise ERP, Financial Close Automation, or Fintech
