This Senior Solution Architect role involves designing and implementing customized Workday solutions for clients to meet diverse business needs. The position requires leading the system development lifecycle, ensuring best practices, and providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and requirements to design tailored Workday solutions
- Develop a comprehensive Workday architecture including module selection, data mapping, and integrations
- Configure Workday system settings, workflows, and security roles to match client specifications
- Guide clients through project phases like discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Provide expert advice on Workday features, functionalities, and best practices
- Create training materials and user guides for end-users and administrators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project expectations
- Identify areas for improvement within Workday implementations and propose solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations
- Experience in one or more Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Payroll)
- Strong background in system design, configuration, and implementation
- Knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques
- Familiarity with industry best practices and Workday configuration standards
Qualifications
