About This Role

Build and maintain a compliance automation platform and tools to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's compliance posture. This role involves full software development lifecycle activities and delivering solutions that balance business needs with software maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Build compliance automation platform/tool to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization
  • Take ownership and participate in all aspects of software development activities
  • Introduce new insights that may improve current reporting tools
  • Continuously improve and maintain the Intranet, SharePoint, Wiki, and other portals
  • Define and implement the goals of the team, delivering solutions that balance the needs of the business and the maintainability of software
  • Fast prototype ideas and concepts and research the industry's latest trends

Qualifications

  • Expert Level

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.)
  • Cloud SRE Experience
