Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Tech, AWS AI Marketing

About This Role

This role is for a tech-savvy storyteller to shape the future of cloud computing by translating complex AI solutions into compelling customer value, leveraging a blend of technical expertise and business strategy to influence product strategy across AWS AI offerings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and sales teams to develop product strategies in AI
• Create and own positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value propositions to customers
• Analyze and synthesize market data and direct customer feedback to identify product opportunities and shape portfolio strategy
• Lead product launch strategies, including naming, target audience definition, and marketing vehicles
• Develop technical content (presentations, demonstrations, reference architectures) to educate customers on AWS' AI offerings in model training, customization, MLOps, and inference
• Represent AWS as a product evangelist in executive briefings, industry events, and analyst interactions
• Drive field enablement strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and customer success
• Align with technical and business leaders on AI use cases for specific ideal customer profiles and define best practice architecture and services for each use case

Requirements

• 6+ years experience working directly with customers on adoption of cloud-based products and services
• 6+ years working knowledge of cloud-based architectures in AI (Machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years experience working directly with customers on adoption of cloud-based products and services and 6+ years working knowledge of cloud-based architectures in AI

Nice to Have

• 10+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years working knowledge of cloud-based architectures in one or more technical domains (ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI)
