Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers supporting sales professionals across channel partner segments. This role manages engineering expertise in data networking, system administration, security, and wireless networking to address business customer needs, impacting organizational growth by enabling sales teams to close key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of solutions engineers to support sales efforts across channel partner segments
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise that facilitates closing key customer accounts
- Maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams including engineering, product development, marketing, and training to align objectives
- Drive initiatives focused on profitability and growth within enterprise and mid-market account bases
- Participate in senior-level presentations to strategic customers to support sales leadership and customer engagement
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4-7 years wireless technology experience
- Broad understanding of product development, marketing, sales and service models
- Prior Leadership Experience
