Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

About This Role

This role involves proactively engaging customers in a retail environment to sell T-Mobile products and services, identify their needs, and provide solutions. Mobile Associates are responsible for building customer relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate T-Mobile solutions
• Educate customers on self-service options and the T-Mobile app
• Complete training on T-Mobile products, skills, and processes
• Perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures and securing assets
• Connect with customers on a personal level, build rapport, and drive sales activity
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage the 'Be Back' process
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred)
• Passionate customer advocate effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
• Desire to be part of the T-Mobile store team and learn/share best practices
• Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
