This role involves managing and administering trade compliance programs, specifically as an FTZ Administrator, within a multinational company. The focus is on ensuring adherence to import and export regulations and driving continuous improvement in logistical processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedule
- Review capacity requirements
- Understand labor load
- Review material availability
- Enter production orders
- Implement continuous improvement plans
- Transcribe data
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in trade compliance
- 2 years of experience in performing FTZ administrator duties
- Must pass CBP 3078 background check
- Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions
- Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company, with 2 years of experience performing FTZ administrator duties.
