This role will significantly impact Honeywell's sales performance and contribute to overall business growth and market leadership in the aviation industry by leading customer relationships and developing sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer relationships, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc.
- Provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops.
- Manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using customer relationship management system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical sales on business aviation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. (due to export control laws)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical sales on business aviation experience.

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
