You will help shape how the organization interprets data and strategizes for growth, making a significant impact across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Ask better questions to understand underlying business problems
- Surface proactive insights from marketing and customer data
- Build actionable dashboards for stakeholder visibility
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance and customer behavior
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on metrics and insights
- Translate complex data into clear narratives for decision-making
- Champion data integrity and resolve data quality issues
- Establish best practices and standards for marketing analytics
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4)
- Proven ability to analyze marketing funnels and campaign effectiveness
- Strategic mindset connecting insights to business goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity
