Sr Capture Manager, Army Sustainment

About This Role

Lead V2X's capture of Army Sustainment, logistics, and other contingency operations opportunities, developing winning capture strategies and securing the necessary resources. This role involves leading internal teaming, competitive assessments, and external teaming arrangements to drive new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead V2X's capture of Army Sustainment, logistics, and other contingency operations opportunities
• Develop capture plans, formulate winning capture strategy, and obtain necessary resources
• Lead development of internal teaming, capabilities gap analysis, competitive assessments, discriminators, key win themes, price to win, and overall win strategy
• Serve as lead for external teaming arrangements, including identifying, selecting, and recruiting teammates, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to build Army Sustainment, logistics, and contingency operations pipeline
• Interact with customers to gain trust, develop solutions, and drive opportunities to V2X
• Maintain direct interface and trusted partnership with government stakeholders
• Research new opportunities, customers, and competitors using various open-source tools
• Manage Pipeline Opportunities in CRM ensuring data accuracy
• Prepare and present Gate reviews of all assigned opportunities to Executive Leadership Team
• Create competitive, compelling, and compliant solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Conduct various color reviews as part of the business development lifecycle
• Build relationships across all levels in the organization and within the client environment

Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years' progressive experience in capture management for logistics, Army Sustainment, and/or contingency operations opportunities
• Full knowledge of the federal procurement process
• Strong, proven capability to apply process-driven capture approaches throughout the business development/capture lifecycle
• Capture experience in the DOD/Federal market
• Proven track record in capturing >$500M major programs
• Previous performance as a Capture Manager or in a lead capture role on at least three (3) winning procurements with individual values more than $100M each (single award contracts or task orders)
• Experienced in supporting proposal writing, work breakdown structures, basis of estimates, storyboards, and narrative solution content
• Demonstrated performance conducting various color reviews successfully
• United States citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
• Able to travel CONUS and OCONUS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years' progressive experience in capture management for logistics, Army Sustainment, and/or contingency operations opportunities. Prior DoD Capture experience in contingency operations required. Proven track record capturing >$500M major programs and in a lead capture role on at least three (3) winning procurements with individual values more than $100M each.
