This role will drive the growth and success of the organization by leveraging technical expertise to enhance business scalability, focusing on the Moveworks platform. The Solution Architect will spearhead initiatives, disseminate insights, craft customized solutions, develop proofs-of-concept, and lead cross-functional projects for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales and presales engineering teams to support strategic initiatives
- Leverage technical expertise to build innovative solutions for customer business problems
- Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, and technical points of contact at customers to achieve a technical win
- Conduct interactive workshops with customers to identify issues and propose solutions
- Lead coordination of proofs-of-concepts with strategic customers, ensuring identification of requirements and successful delivery
- Develop comprehensive materials to empower the presales team for efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Establish expertise on specific topics within the presales organization
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales customer-facing technical roles
- Proven track record providing support to large enterprises (20,000+ employees)
- Experience with enterprise systems (ITSMs, ERPs, HCMs, CRMs)
- Skilled in utilizing REST APIs and reading documentation for integrations
- Proficient in programming languages (Python, Java, Javascript) and scripting languages (Powershell, Bash)
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and command-line tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Exemplary presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and drive large-scale cross-functional projects
- Effective at communicating deep technical insights to diverse audiences
- Enthusiasm for understanding customer use cases and resolving issues
- Comfortable and articulate in discussions with technical professionals and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales customer-facing technical roles
