Provide direct speech-language support to early childhood and preschool students within a K-12 school setting in Anoka, MN. This part-time contract role supports young learners' communication development and collaborates with licensed SLPs and virtual SLPAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language support to early childhood and preschool students under the guidance of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
- Collaborate closely with virtual SLPAs to deliver consistent and effective therapy services
- Assist with documentation and progress monitoring aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with educators and therapists to ensure cohesive support
Requirements
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with virtual team members
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in a school environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with early childhood or preschool populations preferred.
