About This Role

Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to hospitalized patients, including evaluations, treatment plans, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for hospitalized patients
• Create and administer personalized treatment plans targeting various speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with clinical protocols and regulations
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and progress

Requirements

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Proven experience in hospital therapy environments
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and multidisciplinary team collaboration
