About This Role

This role involves independently planning and providing excellent professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, adhering to established medical guidelines and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan professional nursing care for patients
• Provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders
• Adhere to established outpatient and departmental policies and procedures
• Follow American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice
• Comply with the Nurse Practice Act in the respective working state
• Uphold the ANA Code of Ethics

Requirements

• Graduate of a School of Nursing
• Current state Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds
