Behavioral Health Med/Surg Flex RN

About This Role

Provide professional nursing care for patients in Behavioral Health and Med/Surg units, floating between Parkview Randallia and other Parkview Behavioral Health campuses. This role is part of a flexible team that adapts to varying patient acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients
• Adhere to physician orders, hospital and departmental policies and procedures
• Comply with American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice
• Follow the Indiana Nurses Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics

Requirements

• Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
• CPR certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds
• Good verbal and written communication skills
