Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored for students with severe autism and medical complexities
- Provide specialized instructional support and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and educational strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that accommodates limited mobility
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Special Education License
Nice to Have
- Experience working with students with severe autism and medical challenges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to implement behavior management techniques and adaptive learning strategies
