About This Role

Join Puget Sound Kidney Centers as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to support patients' psychosocial adjustment to dialysis and maximize their psychosocial functioning. Work with a diverse population, covering clinics in Smokey Point and Monroe.

Responsibilities

Facilitate each patient’s psychosocial adjustment to dialysis
Maximize the patients' psychosocial functioning
Travel to other PSKC facilities on occasion depending on patient and operational needs

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college
Valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable on PSKC automobile insurance policy
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Working towards LICSW with a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC)
Experience with Microsoft Office software suite

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college

Nice to Have

Prior renal experience
