Join Puget Sound Kidney Centers as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to support patients' psychosocial adjustment to dialysis and maximize their psychosocial functioning. Work with a diverse population, covering clinics in Smokey Point and Monroe.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate each patient’s psychosocial adjustment to dialysis
- Maximize the patients' psychosocial functioning
- Travel to other PSKC facilities on occasion depending on patient and operational needs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable on PSKC automobile insurance policy
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Working towards LICSW with a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC)
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college

- Prior renal experience
