This role involves executing the day-to-day social media operations for Circle, focusing on publishing, monitoring, and optimizing content across various channels. The specialist will ensure brand consistency and compliance while promoting partner activity, company news, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Exercise sound judgment in daily publishing, balancing speed, accuracy, and risk within brand and compliance guidelines
- Own daily social media publishing across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other priority channels
- Repost, amplify, and coordinate partner announcements, ecosystem updates, and collaborations
- Promote blog content, announcements, and customer/partner stories with channel-appropriate framing
- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely delivery across all channels
- Draft, refine, and format posts to meet brand, tone, and compliance requirements
- Monitor social channels to track accuracy and sentiment, surface key trends or risks, and ensure timely updates or corrections
- Measure and report social performance to generate insights that optimize content strategy, cadence, and amplification
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally at a tech, fintech, crypto, or high-compliance organization
- Strong writing, editing, and content packaging skills across X/Twitter and LinkedIn
- Experience working with photo and video editing tools like Photoshop and Premiere, and other AI tools to accelerate productivity
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume publishing with consistency and accuracy
- Familiarity with social analytics tools and content planning systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating as an independent executor
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams
- Experience in the Web3, crypto, developer, or financial services industry
- Experience with PR or Communications
