This role involves end-to-end social media execution for a fast-growing personal brand in outdoor adventure and cooking. The specialist will translate the founder's personality into high-performing content to scale a U.S.-based audience.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop viral, personality-driven, and story-based content concepts aligned with U.S. audiences
- Collaborate closely with the founder on scripts, hooks, and creative direction for short-form video
- Publish, optimize, and manage content using platform best practices and performance insights
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactions to strengthen audience connection
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience managing social media for personal brands, creators, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience growing U.S.-based audiences on Instagram and Facebook
- Strong content strategy, planning, and creative ideation skills
- Deep understanding of U.S. social media culture, trends, and audience behavior
