About This Role

Drive social media best practices for a growing casino brand, focusing on building and managing paid campaigns, tracking performance, and content ideation to create unique and engaging online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends
  • Support property social media managers with customer care, paid campaigns, and organic content
  • Ensure social media best practices and brand standards are followed
  • Manage social media budgets and report on channel ROI
  • Work closely with the digital marketing manager on strategies, standards, and goals
  • Implement, monitor, and analyze A/B testing plans across three properties
  • Conduct quarterly audits of social media content of competitors and properties, compiling actionable insights
  • Provide monthly analytics reports for CMO and department heads
  • Train new social media team members on tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Track Maven
  • Collaborate with properties and agencies on monthly content calendars and campaigns
  • Generate content ideas and write copy tailored to drive social media KPIs
  • Identify and establish KPIs and benchmarks for the Company
  • Provide deployment/creative strategy for corporate-led initiatives

Requirements

  • Two (2) plus years’ experience implementing social media strategy, managing campaigns and driving ROI for a high-volume business or industry, preferably Casino Gaming
  • A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity

Qualifications
