Lead global onchain FX initiatives including StableFX, an institutional-grade stablecoin FX execution and settlement product, for Circle's Digital Assets team. Define and ship core capabilities allowing customers and partners to move between currencies using stablecoins, leveraging customer insights and data analysis for adoption and growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the StableFX product vision and roadmap, taking the product from concept to scale across various corridors, pairs, use-cases, and customer segments
- Work closely with engineering to build the StableFX product beyond MVP, focusing on quoting workflows, onchain privacy, pricing lifecycle, partner integrations, and trade state management
- Partner with GTM and Business Development teams to launch and activate makers, takers, and issuers, collaborating extensively with external partners to understand needs and accelerate adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, data science, legal, and GTM teams to ship safe, compliant, and commercially durable capabilities
- Lead product growth by defining metrics and dashboards, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and translating them into actionable product and process improvements
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with strategy and execution for complex, commercial products
- Experience building financial products at the intersection of market infrastructure or real-time financial systems (trading, FX, treasury, settlement, risk)
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering on API-first products, reliability, latency, and smart contracts
- Highly analytical, comfortable with data analysis, and able to make clear product decisions from ambiguous signals
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning strategy and execution for complex, commercial products.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with stablecoin and on-chain/DeFi protocols and ecosystems (e.g., liquidity pools, bridges, DEXs, NFTs)
