About This Role

Perform a variety of basic maintenance, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance projects to ensure the operating viability of facility building systems and equipment, supporting a safe and functional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance projects
• Assure the operating viability of the facility's building systems and equipment
• Support a pleasant, safe, and workable healthcare environment

Requirements

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent life experience
• Read, write, and understand English at high school graduate level
• Computer knowledge to navigate through Energy Management System
• Valid driver's license and meet ACMC insurability requirements

Qualifications

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent life experience
• Five years experience preferred in one of the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or HVAC.

Nice to Have

• Five years experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, or HVAC trades
• Knowledge of mechanical computer interface
