This Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) role at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center involves performing various patient care activities and related services under the direction of licensed staff. Responsibilities

• Perform various patient care activities and related services under the direction of the licensed staff
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Take vital signs
• Assist with feeding patients
• Assist with bathing and dressing patients
• Perform mouth care for patients

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• BLS certification (can be obtained during orientation)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience providing direct customer service to customers or patients is strongly desired.

Nice to Have

• 1 year of experience providing direct customer service to customers or patients
