About This Role

This Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) role at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center involves performing various patient care activities and related services under the direction of licensed staff. The position is for a compassionate and energetic individual committed to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform various patient care activities and related services under the direction of the licensed staff
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
Take vital signs
Assist with feeding patients
Assist with bathing and dressing patients
Perform mouth care for patients

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
BLS certification (can be obtained during orientation)

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of experience providing direct customer service to customers or patients is strongly desired.

Nice to Have

1 year of experience providing direct customer service to customers or patients
