Outpatient Counselor

About This Role

This role involves facilitating Intensive Outpatient Program and Aftercare groups, conducting substance use disorder evaluations, and assisting in patient care, either via telehealth or on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program groups
• Facilitate Outpatient Aftercare groups via telehealth or on-site
• Conduct substance use disorders evaluations via telehealth or on-site
• Assist as needed in other areas of patient care

Requirements

• Team-oriented
• Computer skills/EMR proficiency
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings (no weekends)
• Strong foundation of knowledge of Substance Use Disorders and the 12-step recovery program
• Licensed or OH board certified, or eligible to work towards licensure or board certification

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
