About This Role

This role supports and assists in resolving complex problems and technical design gaps across the enterprise, focusing on improving global reliability of the company's systems. It involves driving improvement initiatives related to capacity planning, failover strategies, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement initiatives that support the overarching global reliability of the company’s systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements, reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve and postmortem
• Leverage critical thinking to improve best practices and provide enterprise-level recommendations that ensure reliability and resiliency
• Drive strategic planning in team’s planning and execution
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex and difficult challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment
