About This Role

Provide support for resolving complex technical problems and addressing design gaps across the enterprise, contributing to the global reliability of the company's systems. You will drive improvement initiatives and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement initiatives that support the overarching global reliability of the company’s systems
• Leverage critical thinking to improve best practices and provide enterprise-level recommendations that ensure reliability and resiliency
• Drive strategic planning in team’s planning and execution
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex and difficult challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in an information technology or engineering environment
