Site Manager with Security Clearance

About This Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for on-premise execution at the Mission Training Center (MTC) at Fort Chaffee, AR, working collaboratively with the MTC Commander to support training and technical missions. This role involves overseeing all contractor performance requirements, regional scheduling, training execution, and managing contractor continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and in concert with the MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical missions
• Provide status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements
• Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC
• Oversee overall regional scheduling and management coordination
• Oversee training execution and manage contractor continuing education/training

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree and Army CGSC, ILE, or MEL4 military schooling
• 10+ years of supervisory experience in military training/support, logistics, property management
• Experience in operations and training at Division or higher level
• Served as Battalion/Brigade Commander or S3 with MCTSP understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial, and graduation from Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or MEL4 equivalent level military schooling
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience with a background in military training and training support, logistics, and property management; experience in operations and training requirements at Division or higher level; served as a Battalion or Brigade Commander or S3 with a full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)
