MC Training Team Lead with Security Clearance

About This Role

Lead the MCTT program at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, by conducting formal and informal information system operator training for MCIS platforms, planning training events, and executing instruction on applicable MCIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as MCTT Lead
• Conduct both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events
• Plan, coordinate, and execute individual MCIS and simulation training at squad to corps echelons
• Perform classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable MCIS
• Execute training on the system in accordance with Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• At least 6 years MCIS teaching experience and familiar with all MCIS platforms and courseware
• Certified and current with Army training doctrine
• Served as assistant instructor for the same courseware
• Completed a course of study and experience in Army MCIS and MCIS software systems
• Subject matter expert who has operated the system
• At least 4 years' service in support to the Army or other defense service

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 6 years MCIS teaching experience and familiar with all MCIS platforms and courseware; at least 4 years' service in support to the Army or other defense service
